Months 01 - 02
Nervous System & Somatic Foundations
Understanding the body's language. Trauma-awareness. Somatic tools and emotional healing frameworks that create real, lasting change in yourself and others.
Months 03 - 04
Tantric Frameworks & Feminine Embodiment
Ancient tantric lineages, womb healing practices, feminine embodiment work, kundalini, breathwork, and ceremony design. How to hold sacred space with precision.
Months 05 - 06
Group Facilitation & Practicum
Leading groups, designing your own ceremonies and offerings, facilitation labs with live feedback, and supervised practice. You graduate as a skilled, embodied facilitator.
Throughout
Live Teaching, Integration & Support
Weekly live sessions, Q&A, community of women in training, and your own ongoing embodiment practice woven through every month. You transform as you learn.
